We ship all orders through PostEx Courier, one of Pakistan's leading courier and Cash on Delivery (COD) service providers.

Order Processing

Orders are confirmed before dispatch.
Orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 business hours after confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

Major Cities: 2–4 business days
Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or high order volumes.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your order. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most locations in Pakistan through PostEx.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment status.

Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your parcel on the first attempt, another delivery attempt may be made. Please ensure your phone number remains active so the courier can contact you if needed.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct before placing your order. Shoptix Official is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. Include your order number along with clear photos or a video so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
