We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible locations across Pakistan.

Delivery

Orders are usually delivered within 2 to 5 business days through our logistics partner, PostEx. Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact details, shipping information, and being available to receive their order. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delivery delays or cancellation.

Refused or Unclaimed Orders

If an order is refused without a valid reason or remains unclaimed after delivery attempts, Shoptix Official reserves the right to limit or refuse future Cash on Delivery orders from the same customer.

Replacement and Refunds

Replacement and refund requests are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy. Customers must report any damaged, defective, or incorrect item within 48 hours of receiving their order.
